Peringati Hari Bhayangkara Ke-74, Polda NTB Ikuti Gelaran Upacara Pembinaan Tradisi Polri Berbasis Virtual
Mataram, LOMBOKim.com – Peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-74 tahun 2020 berbeda dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Pasalnya, peringatan Hari Bhayangkara kali ini digelar secara virtual dan tersentral, serta tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan masa transisi menuju new normal life atau tatanan hidup baru pandemi Covid-19. Demikian hal dengan Korps Bhayangkara Polda NTB, Rabu (1/7), upacara berlangsung di lapangan tenis Polda NTB, dipimpin Kapolda NTB Irjen Pol. Muhammad Iqbal, S.I.K., M.H.
Dengan khidmat para peserta upacara diantaranya Wakapolda NTB Brigjen Pol. Drs. Asby Mahyuza, para Pejabat Utama (PJU), undangan eksternal dan personel pembawa pataka mengikuti rangkaian upacara dengan Inspektur Upacara Presiden Joko Widodo (Jokowi) dari Istana Kepresidenan.
Kapolda NTB Irjen Pol. M. Iqbal saat ditemui usai upacara mengungkapkan, peringatan Hari Bhayangkara tahun ini dilaksanakan secara sederhana. Dimana setiap rangkaian kegiatannya mengacu pada protokol kesehatan menuju new normal life.
“Saat ini bangsa Indonesia sedang menghadapi pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 atau Covid-19, sehingga peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-74 tahun 2020 ini disesuaikan dengan kondisi yang ada. Artinya, semua konsep kegiatan di masa transisi menuju new normal life harus tetap mematuhi protokol kesehatan”, ungkap Kapolda.
Dikatakan, tahun ini peringatan Hari Bhayangkara mengusung tema “Kamtibmas Kondusif Masyarakat Semakin Produktif”. Dengan tema yang diusung tersebut Korps Bhayangkara berharap agar di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, keamanan dan ketertiban (kamtib) tetap kondusif sehingga masyarakat dapat beeakfitas dan semakin produktif dengan diterapkannya new normal life.
“Harkamtibmas (pemeliharaan keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, red) harus tercipta di masa transisi menuju new normal life ini. Korps Bhayangkara dan TNI dengan bergandengan tangan bersama semua stakeholder yang ada di Nusa Tenggara Barat, maka kamtibmas yang kondusif akan mampu kita wujudkan, InsyaaAllah”, tandasnya.
Lebih lanjut Kapolda NTB menyampaikan bahwa sesuai pesan Kapolri Jenderal Polisi Drs. Idham Azis, M.Si., agar Polri selalu ada di tengah masyarakat dalam situasi dan kondisi (sikon) apapun, itulah sebabnya mengapa program kegiatan Polda NTB termasuk dalam perayaan Hari Bhayangkara, lebih mengarah kepada bakti sosial, dalam tugas pokok dan fungsi (tupoksi) mengedepankan humanis approach (pendekatan kemanusiaan).
“Lebih-lebih pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Sejak hari pertama menginjakkan kaki di Lombok ini saya langsung menemui pemangku kebijakan di daerah, menemui para tokoh agama dan tokoh masyarakat serta bersinergi dengan insan media, selain mengenalkan diri, mohon doa dan dukungan dalam mengemban amanat memimpin Polda NTB, itu sebagai langkah awal menghimpun data dan informasi untuk kemudian menjadi bahan pemetaan, demi terciptanya kamtibmas NTB yang kondusif dan gemilang”, jelasnya.
Pun terkait dengan beberapa kegiatan Polda NTB yang saat ini tengah dilaksanakan seperti Lomba Kampung Sehat “Nurut Tatanan Baru” (NTB), pendistribusian Bantuan Lauk Pauk Siap Saji (BALASA), pemberian bantuan paket sembilan bahan pokok (sembako) dan lain-lain.
“Misalnya Lomba Kampung Sehat yang mengusung tema ‘Nurut Tatanan Baru’, itu merupakan wujud nyata keinginan kami Korps Bhayangkara bersama jajaran Forkopimda, dalam penanganan pandemi Covid-19 di NTB. Termasuk kemarin sore kami lakukan sosialisasi dan imbauan kepada masyarakat pengguna jalan, dalam rangka memutus rantai penyebaran pandemi”, tutur M. Iqbal.
Sebelumnya, dari pantauan media dapat dilaporkan bahwa upacara virtual peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-74 berjalan dengan kondusif, diawali dengan peserta upacara memasuki tempat upacara, dilanjutkan dengan masuknya Panji-panji (Pataka) Polri Tribrata kemudian Wakil Presiden (Wapres) KH. Ma’ruf Amin dari Istana Wapres hadir di layar monitor video tron.
Sekitar pukul 09.45 WITA tampak di layar monitor Presiden Republik Indonesia Jokowi didampingi Kapolri di Istana Kepresidenan tiba di tempat acara, disusul dengan menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan Indonesia Raya. Upacara peringatan Hari Bhayangkara ke-74 yang diikuti live streaming oleh Polda dan Polres jajaran se-Indonesia, berakhir sekitar pukul 10.45 WITA ditandai dengan Pataka Polri meninggalkan tempat upacara. Selesai pelaksanaan rangkaian Upacara hari Bhayangkara ke 74 secara virtual, selanjutnya Kapolda NTB menyerahkan penghargaan kepada anggota Polda NTB dan anggota Babinsa atas dedikasinya dalam pelaksanaan tugas diantaranya: Kasat Reskrim Polres Lombok tengah AKP Priyono Suhartono, S.I.K. berdedikasi dibidang penegakan hukum terkait pengambilan kebijakan/diskresi Kepolisian, PS. Kanit I Sipatwal Subdit Patroli Ditpolairud Polda NTB Iptu H. Sudarman berdedikasi dibidang sosial ekonomi sebagai inisiator dan motivator dalam mengedukasi dan mengajak masyarakat eks TKI membentuk kelompok tani garam beryodium, Bhabinkamtibmas Bripka Suhaimi, S.H. dan Babinsa Sertu Markinun yang memfasilitasi kegiatan bedah rumah bagi masyarakat kurang mampu di Desa Lembar.
